At Pro Drive iT, in providing IT consultancy services, we have assisted our clients in addressing many varied and complex technical challenges. Our consultants have genuine and extensive industry experience, and can ensure that you, the customer, are well informed, appropriately updated, and completely comfortable with the direction in which they are taking your organisation’s IT services.

You will initially receive a face-to-face in-depth consultation during which we will assess and identify your business and its technical requirements. Once we have gathered all the requisite information, we will provide you with a solution document which will be delivered personally so as to ensure it fits your requirements.

Where appropriate, a ‘proof of concept’ will be conducted whereby a technical solution model is created and tested at our base in Guildford, Surrey.  The results are then presented to you, in advance of our recommendation as to whether or not to implement the proposed installation.

Delivery of the final product is achieved by our project management and engineering teams, who work alongside your assigned lead technical consultant. Regular review meetings are held to ensure that timescales are met and that correct technical direction is maintained.

Documentation, which, as a Microsoft Certified Partner, Pro Drive iT knows to be vital to the success of any IT development, will be delivered upon the project completion.
