Pro Drive iT seeks always to provide a courteous, friendly, and professional service to clients and, after logging your call, we will assist you in the most appropriate of the following methods:

Remote assistance:

The majority of IT support can now be managed remotely, by using our web portal to allow our engineers to take control of your PC.

On call:

In certain cases, where remote support is not appropriate, our engineers can give you clear guidance on resolving minor issues.

On site:

When necessary, we will send an engineer on site to resolve your issues. On site work is always carried out at mutually agreed times to minimise interruption.

Support contract

Our annual maintenance contract aims to reduce IT associated costs to your business. Working pro-actively to ensure your network remains up to standard we minimize downtime and interruption to your business. Whilst this may require some initial investment, this is more than outweighed by the benefits of a properly functioning network.

Cover is included for all support-related incidents during working hours, with response times according to a service level agreement. Monitoring and correction of your backups and critical infrastructure is also included, as are periodical reviews designed to help you plan your future network development and define your IT budgets.

Pro Drive iT firmly believes that even the smallest networks should be fully documented as part of a disaster recovery plan. Starting with the initial document as a precondition of the contract, we will keep this up to date as part of any maintenance agreement.

Outsourcing

Completely outsourcing your IT to Pro Drive iT gives you full access to the in-depth knowledge of an efficient team of experienced IT professionals. As well as the immediate cost benefit of not having to recruit staff, undertake their training, or provide holiday cover, the longer term effect of your network being managed to the highest standard will be to see your IT expenditure fall appreciably.

Out of hours cover

Pro Drive iT offers total IT support cover, 24x7x365.  We always have engineers on standby for customers who have out-of-hours agreements in place with us.
