IT Helpdesk Engineer
Due to continued growth we are looking for 2 additional 1st line Helpdesk engineers. This exciting role is for ambitious candidates who have a hunger to rapidly develop new skills, technical knowledge, and an understanding of service delivery to provide a springboard for a successful IT career. Main purpose of the role
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure support and management
- Working with senior engineers on escalated tickets
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
- Work with the team to help grow our business
- On-site rotation at a prestigious client in central London
- Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
Knowledge, skills and personal qualities
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
- A team player who enjoys working with and supporting colleagues
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Full driving licence and own transport
Experience in the following would be an advantage
- Experience in an IT support role
- Working with the following technologies:
- Active Directory & Windows Server
- Azure Active Directory
- Exchange Server
- Office 365 Exchange Online
- Office 365 SharePoint Online
- Remote Desktop Services
- Windows 10 desktop
- Network troubleshooting
- Autotask or Connectwise Service Management
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM) system

Salary
£18K-£23K depending on experience
