Service Desk Engineer

Main purpose of the role

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure support and management
  • Core technologies; Office 365, Windows Server, Azure AD, Dropbox, Egnyte
  • Working with senior engineers on escalated tickets.
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
  • Work with the team to help grow our business
  • On-site rotation at a prestigious client in central London (after successful probation period).
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction

Knowledge, skills and experience

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in an IT support role
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Autotask or Connectwise Service Management Software
  • Full driving license
