When staff are remote working, it can be difficult to know if they’re OK and engaged. Keeping in touch has been made even harder by the pandemic.

Using a short survey (which you can tailor so they answer it anonymously if preferred) can really help highlight any issues and challenges. It can also be a springboard for further discussions. And, of course, you can use a survey for all sorts of questions.
