Inside Sales Executive (full time or part time)

Playing a crucial role in our busy Sales and Marketing team, the Inside Sales Executive will identify, generate and follow up prospective clients, drive event attendance and book appointments for the outside sales team to attend. This new role will form an integral part of our business growth plans.

What will your day look like?

  • Cold calling contacts from a prospect list to make introductions and book meetings with the Managing Director
  • Maintaining regular contact and nurture relationships with prospects by making follow-up calls
  • Following up on activity generated by marketing activities and networking events
  • Updating, cleaning and entering records into the company’s CRM systems
  • Researching new prospects via websites and social media
  • Assisting with our company wide, market leading, client feedback programme
  • Working both in the office and from home.

What we are looking for:

  • Ability to establish a rapport over the telephone
  • Excellent Communications Skills (both verbal and written)
  • Driven to achieve daily targets and be proactive
  • Ability to be able to work to a defined sales process and methodology
  • Previous experience of telephone sales or telemarketing
  • Experience using a CRM system
  • Experience using Microsoft Office eg: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams

Full time salary £30K + £5K commission OTE – part time will be pro-rated
