You’ve probably seen the new logo and hopefully also the new website. We hope you like them.  But there’s much more to our new branding than some new colours and design – there’s a story and a purpose behind it.

IT support is no longer good enough

Pro Drive has worked with firms operating in regulated markets for over 25 years. Over that time, we have developed a deep understanding of their businesses and how technology supports them. However, the pace of technology change has accelerated dramatically in recent years, especially with the adoption of AI, and the traditional reactive IT support model is no longer capable of providing the stable and secure technology environment that financial and professional services firms require.

The Pro Drive journey

With the acceleration in technology reliance since Covid, we identified that we needed a more robust approach to managing our clients’ technology estates. One that relied on proven standards and repeatable processes and transparent results. An approach that allows our clients to make decisions based on business risks and opportunities rather than being asked to understand technical solutions and to focus on making better use of IT rather than their IT investment being about fixing time wasting problems. We have invested significant time and energy building it; that process has evolved into what we now call Pro Drive 360.

We decided that our new brand should reflect our approach to IT. Strong and dependable but with clarity. By taking this approach with IT, keeping it aligned to clear standards and ensuring it is secure and reliable, we prevent risk to our clients from downtime, cyber crime and misuse of AI. It also enables us to create clear, budgeted IT roadmaps to align technology with business plans.
