1st Line Support Engineer

As a 1st line Support Engineer at Pro Drive, you will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base.

What will your day look like?

  • Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure support and management to our client base 
  • Working with senior engineers to resolve high-level escalations and gain exposure to more complex environments.
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer service and maintain high standards of communication and satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and proactively improve client environments
  • Actively contribute to the growth of our business by sharing knowledge and supporting your colleagues.

Experience

Experience in an IT support role, preferably working with the following technologies: 

  • Microsoft 365
  • Azure Active Directory
  • Exchange Online
  • Active Directory & Windows Server
  • SharePoint Online
  • Azure Virtual Desktop
  • Remote Desktop Services
  • Windows 10 / 11 Desktop
  • Windows Defender
  • Watchguard firewalls (or similar)
  • Datto BCDR or other backup and recovery systems
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Autotask or similar Service Management / PSA systems
  • Remote monitoring and management (RMM) systems

Salary

£23K-£27K depending on experience.
