1st Line Support Engineer

As an IT Helpdesk Engineer at Pro Drive, you will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base.

What will your day look like?

  • Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure support and management to our diverse client base 
  • Working with senior engineers on escalated tickets 
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction 
  • Work with the team to help grow our business

Experience in an IT support role, preferably working with the following technologies: 

  • Active Directory & Windows Server 
  • Azure Active Directory 
  • Exchange Server 
  • Microsoft 365 Exchange Online 
  • Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online 
  • Remote Desktop Services 
  • Windows 10/11 desktop 
  • Network troubleshooting 
  • Autotask or Connectwise Service Management 
  • Remote monitoring and management (RMM) system

£23K-£30K depending on experience.
