Junior  IT Helpdesk Engineer

As a Junior IT Helpdesk Engineer at Pro Drive, you will be providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our client base.

What will your day look like?

  • Providing end user, cloud and infrastructure support and management to our diverse client base
  • Receiving and sending goods for client jobs and projects
  • Performing checks on backup and DR systems
  • Updating documentation
  • Logging timesheets
  • Working with senior engineers on escalated tickets
  • Delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction
  • Working with the team to help grow our business

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in an IT support role is not required, rather a genuine interest in kick-starting a career in IT
  • Experience of working within a team in an office environment
  • You will have taken part in some form of self-study towards an industry recognised certification, for example CompTIA, Microsoft etc.
  • A motivated individual who is ambitious for progression within the company
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn and embrace new challenges
  • A passion for new and exciting tech
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • You can take the client perspective and ‘put yourself in their shoes’
  • A team player who enjoys working with and supporting colleagues
  • Full driving license and own transport essential

£20K-£22K depending on experience.
