One of our key successes has been expanding our private client base. This growth has helped us build a more resilient and diversified portfolio, particularly among private businesses with large share registers, which still need expert support even outside of corporate actions.
We’ve also seen a rise in demand for our outsourced payroll services, with more firms recognising that payroll doesn’t need to be managed in-house and instead turning to partners like us. While self-managed tools may seem convenient, they often fall short when issues arise. That’s why we’re working hard to streamline AML processes, making them as seamless as possible for our clients, while still adhering to the highest standards.
