Due to continued growth we have an exciting opportunity for two x 2nd line senior helpdesk engineers who wish to advance their core cloud, server and networking skills whilst gaining experience of working in a fast paced and rapidly changing IT environment. You will be a key part of our mission to delivery exceptional client facing services by supporting our clients users and infrastructure whilst developing and deploying systems to automate and improve efficiency of our management tools. You will also be an escalation point from 1st line engineers.
